RonPaulVoteCountMD.com

Hello Everyone,

I have recieved requests to better explain the time requirements and general requirements of becoming a county coordinator. While I can't provide a specific amount of time required ( varies by person) I have done my best to simplify what is needed. If interested please send a confiramation email to RonPaulVoteCountMD@yahoo.com as outlined in 1a

Thanks,

Tiffany C

A)  Responsibilities of A County Coordinator for Weeks/Months Before the Election

 1. Request to become the County Coordinator for your County through the State Coordinator for your State.  Find such State Coordinator at http://ronpaulvotecount.com/StateCoordinators.html .

1 a. After reviewing county coordinator responsibilities Send a confirmation email affirming your committment. This email needs to include your: Name, Address, Phone number, email (email and webpage link from step 2 will be displayed on state site).

2. Set up a web page, (for your County). or myspace, or facebook, or Meetup Group (although Meetup is not recommended because of its desire for a password/username type system, and because it is a bit cumbersome),

 3. Receive requests from potential Precinct Coordinators to become Precinct Coordinator.

 4. Keep a tabulated list of Precinct Coordinators, and their contact info, and their web page, on your County Coordinator web page.

 5. Tell Precinct Coordinator that they need to have their own Precinct web page, myspace, facebook, or similar, or Meetup Group (although Meetup is not recommended).

 6. Possibly suggest to Precinct Teams that they can each also be used as a delegate training basis, a Precinct Canvasing/Organizing base, a delegate strategizing/planning base, etc

 7. Get out the word to Meetup Groups in your area to have them start/join as County Coordinators, and/or as Precinct Coordinators, and/or as Precinct Team Members.

B)  Responsibilities of County Coordinator on the Day of the Election

1. Receive vote count totals from Precinct Coordinators.

 2. Summarize, and publish on web, the vote count totals you receivebut NOT until after you also get the official #s from the Election Administratoreither directly, or via the RonPaulVoteCount Precinct Coordinators.

 3. Help organize/coordinate for taking actions (e.g. organizing demonstrations, or going to the media, or filing lawsuits, or filing for criminal charges to be made (although expectation is had that others would need to be involved once the issue of potentially going to/requesting Court proceedings has been raised), if vote fraud is strongly evident or suspected.

 4. Note that it is very important that you tally your votes, since, in some states in recent years, some have asserted that the Precinct Level counts are made properly and recorded properly, but it is in the tallying of such votes that illegal or poor behavior occurs.

It is not known by RonPaulVoteCount what method of illegal activity, or similar, is most likely to occur.  So we cover what areas that we can that are doable.

 5. When all votes are tallied record the final tally with the state coordinator.
